Doing cash for Florida rental properties was a smart idea. I didn’t need to lift a finger. I also was able to sell my Jax rental properties with renters in them. I didn’t need to make repairs, evict people, or even clean the places. I just signed the papers over and got the money. I now have a great nest egg for a rainy day. I don’t have any pressing work concerns and can just be retried. My wife is thrilled that I have finally given up all my rentals. It was a stressful situation for quite a bit.
