Moving away from Jacksonville

Moving away from Jacksonville

I’ve lived in Jacksonville, FL my entire life.

While I savor the gorgeous weather, waterfront district and eclectic mix of cultures, I was eager to accept a job opportunity on the other side of the country. It was a chance to make more money, gain a promotion and improve my benefits, then plus, this new position provides upward mobility, and the one difficulty was the limited time I had to make the decision and relocate. I was reluctant to own a loft in Jacksonville while living on the other side of the country. I didn’t want to be a long-distance landlord and rent out my house. It would be nearly impossible to resolve troubles, choose renters and keep up with service, and blessedly, I didn’t have the luxury of listing with a real estate agent and pursuing a traditional dwelling sale. I knew that listing the loft would require many upgrades to satisfy a dwelling inspection. With organizing a transport and finding accommodations in my new location, I couldn’t handle hiring professionals to install a roof, upgrade the air conditioner and replace the water heater. I didn’t want to devote my attention to mowing the grass, trimming shrubs and painting a dwelling that I was leaving behind. My sibling commanded that I reach out to a money dwelling buyer. While there are many companies that make money offers on properties in the Jacksonville area, I chose a family-owned operation with a positive reputation. There is no obligation to get an offer. They don’t resell information or resort to high-pressure tactics. I was able to fill out an online form. I had an offer within twenty-four hours. The offer was sufficient and surprised me in a nice way, however reaching out to a money customer eliminated the need for a dwelling inspection, repairs and realtor fees.
